LDPE mono thermal shrink films

Dimension:

Film thickness from 0.020 till 0.200 mm

Description:

This type of PE films protects products from dust, physical damage and enables easier transport handling.

Use:

- for group packaging of drinks (water, juices, beer) in PET bottles and glass bottles or cans,
- for single packing of newspaper and magazines,

Description:

LDPE Collation Shrink Films are used in most demandable use of packaging and are the most modern form of shrink films. With selection of materials and using sophisticated co extruder lines we can make higher mechanical and optical characteristics of PE film with thinner film then single layer thermo shrink film. For buyer that means lower cost and less packaging waste. MURAPLAST is also producing special film for packaging of LDPE packages - Non Collant Shrink Film (Anti Stick Film)

LDPE films for lamination

Description:

3-layer co-extrusion PE film is meant for gluing process with other types of film or foil. In that system polyethylene film insures weld and resistance. As ground layer is used paper, aluminium, polyester, polyamide, polypropylene and other foils.

Use:

- in food industry for packing soups, salads, coffee, peanuts, pudding, fruit juice, for vacuum packing of meat and products for deep frizzing.
- in pharmaceuticals industry for packaging of drugs in human and animal medicine
- in sanitary industry for packaging detergents

LDPE STRETCH HOOD

Film thickness from 0.060 till 0.200 mm (usual 0.100 mm)

MURAPLAST is on the list of PE manufacturer that are able to supply STRETCH HOOD film of the requested quality for the packaging lines of the machine producer BEUMER (link).

Description:

STRETCH HOOD has the same use as the SHRINK HOOD just in this case the hood stretch around the pallet. The advantage is bigger fastness and stability of the pallets. There is possibility of marking the film with mono color ink-jet mark (example: date and recycle mark).

Description:

LDPE thermo shrink in tabular form is used for automated packaging products on pallets. It enables stability of pallets in storage and in transportation, protects products from dust, dirt, water, damage and weather conditions.
On buyers demand this type of thermo shrink film can be with print (2+2 colours) and have higher UV protection up to 12 months.

Use:

- for automated packaging of construction materials on pallets (bricks…)
- for automated packaging glass products on pallets
- for automated packaging in industies

Description:

For use in construction industry mostly is use transparent, coloured or black PE film, width of 4 m and thickness of 0.150 mm. For use in agronomy mostly black PE film is used, with width of 1 or 1.2 m and thickness of 0.040-0.090 mm.

Use:

PE films in construction industry have protective part in covering specific spaces or machinery in goals of protection from weather conditions, wetness, dust and dirt. Also, because of its barrier characteristics PE film are used as a steam dam and for isolation. PE black coloured film is used in agronomy for grow of fruit and vegetables in a way that PE film is put directly on earth. It disables grow of weed roots, reject insects, keep wetness and stable earth temperature.
